Greatly enjoyed free breakfasts, and immaculately clean hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hip new hotel. Executive king room with all the amenities accommodated us perfectly. A microwave, coffee/tea making machines, and a fridge were a plus.

The beds here are comfortable, and all the staff are exceptional and pleasant.

The location of the hotel was magnificent, in the metro Toledo area. The staff members were all incredibly nice and superfriendly.

What a great and easy location on a quick overnight stop for a business trip! And close to the Northwestern Frontier—a park and monument commemorates the site and the Ohio turnpike and Maumee, south Toledo and Perrysburg areas. Modern and beautifully maintained rooms with comfortable bed and microwave, as for instance. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

The food was great with a wide range of dishes on the menu. The location was magnificent, near many attractions and restaurants in Maumee.

The food was great with a wide range of alternatives. The room was luxurious, impressive with microwave and double beds, for example, I was pleased. The location was marvellous, near to Maumee after a 14 hour drive trying to beat a snowstorm, chain restaurants and turnpike and easily accessible.

The room had a comfortable bed and was clean. The staff offered helpful service and were nice. The hotel's location was great, just a short walk to Rolf Park. The area surrounding the hotel was wonderful.

Everything was simply fine. Room was newly remodelled and beautifully maintained, the place itself was ideal. The service was excellent and the location was comfy. The hotel itself was in a very nice area, so close to an industrial/strip mall area so rather unattractive surroundings.

The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was convenient, with various restaurants and stores nearby. The breakfast options were good, and the dining area was spacious and comfortable.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, providing no support for guests with back issues. The bathroom door design, although aesthetically pleasing, lacked privacy and did not block out sound well.

The bed was comfy. Room amenities were excellent with added mouthwash, cotton swaps, and nail file. Breakfast was amazing. Staff, from cleaners to breakfast providers, were friendly. Effortless check-in, clean property, spotless room, and quiet. Breakfast area had tasteful decor. Lobby had coffee and cookies 24/7. Very clean and efficient room layout. Free cookies, coffee/tea.

We come here every year on the way to and from Wisconsin. Always pleased with the room, the staff and the breakfast. Thanks for the usual perfect stay!

Location

The staff was not very helpful and unpleasant. Unfortunately, we reserved a room specifically with a refrigerator (traveling with 2yr old and have milk/food for them) through Booked.net and the staff said they didn't have one available and that most rooms do not offer that. So, Booked.net gave false information and Hampton treated us as a customer of Booked.net rather than a guest of their hotel. Said they'd rather not have Booked.net or any other third party reservation group in the way for guests reservations. Quite obvious that no communication is shared between the two entities. So our stay was a bust and have since then cancelled or return stay at that particular hotel and not using Booked.net for our new reservation. 2 travel options down just like that and plenty of others worthy of my business to choose from in the future.

The breakfast has a good variety of options, and the rooms are nicely renovated with convenient amenities like a microwave and free Wi-Fi.
